A Medicine Woman on the Path of Heart
After spending more than two decades chasing success in the corporate world, I hit a wall. The mental fog, emotional burnout, and sheer exhaustion finally caught up with me, forcing me to take a hard pause. It became clear that the life I was living was no longer working and I needed a change.

Then, in the quiet stillness of the desert, I was given a passage that changed everything:

“Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good. If it doesn’t, it is of no use. One makes for a joyful journey; the other will make you curse your life.” – Carlos Castaneda
These words became my compass, guiding me to step away from the familiar and embark on my own journey—the Mountainflower Path. It wasn’t easy. I questioned everything. I had no idea what I was doing or where I was headed. The process required me to slow down, surrender control, and trust that Spirit would show me the next right step. And then, as if by some miracle, the fog started to lift, and I began to emerge. I realized that what I’d been searching for was, and always had been, me.

This journey also led me to confront one of life’s great certainties—death. Wanting to support my aging parents brought both fear and a profound sense of purpose. I educated myself about the process of death and dying and I found myself unexpectedly uplifted; facing mortality became a gateway to fully embracing life, bringing with it a sense of clarity, empowerment, and peace.

What started as my personal healing journey has blossomed into a calling to help others shed what no longer serves them and embrace who they truly are. Mountainflower Path is the translation of my family name. It embodies everything I aim to bring to this work: strength, resilience, grace, compassion, and a commitment to the journey of awakening.

Now, I walk alongside those ready to discover their own path of heart.
Guided by Life's Great Teacher
Nature is my greatest teacher, revealing truths we often overlook—presence, patience, and the endless cycle of beginnings and endings. Through meditation, sacred ritual, yoga, breathwork, and immersion in nature, I find clarity and connection.

In the forest, where redwoods stand as ancient guardians and oaks twist with time’s resilience, I feel my place in the vast web of life. The ocean’s rhythm whispers infinite depth, while the sky invites limitless possibility. In nature, my breath deepens, my body softens, and my spirit expands. Nature reminds me that I am both rooted and free, small and vast.

I ground my work in ancestral practices that honor Earth’s wisdom, transforming them into practical tools for modern life. Whether helping you process loss, release blocks, or navigate life's many ups and downs, I hold space for healing and transformation.

If you feel the pull to let go of what no longer serves you, embrace your truth, and walk your authentic path, then your journey has already begun.

Let's walk this sacred path together.
