in a Reiki Session Each 60 minute Reiki session offers a personalized journey into peace, balance, and rejuvenation. The sessions are offered both in-person at 520 Mission Street in Santa Cruz, or virtually, via video or audio call, so you can enjoy the experience from the convenience and comfort of your own home. We begin with a brief conversation to explore your intentions and prepare your space for maximum comfort and receptivity. Reiki works on an energetic level, so whether the session takes place in person or virtually, the healing energy transcends physical boundaries, reaching you wherever you are. During the session, you will rest fully clothed in a seated or (preferably) reclined position. With care and intention, I will intuitively guide the flow of energy, focusing on areas where it is needed most. If you choose to receive the healing energy, you may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep tranquility as your energy channels are cleared, releasing blockages and restoring alignment. The session concludes with time for integration and reflection, ensuring you emerge grounded and renewed. Many clients describe a heightened sense of peace, clarity, and vitality.
